3. ID Verification Requirement

Heads up: To claim a space, you must complete an identity verification check via our third-party provider. This is mandatory to prevent abuse and bots.

You must be a real human being (sorry, robots).
You agree to provide accurate information during verification.
Falsifying documents will result in an immediate ban.

4. "Free for Life" Meaning

When we say "Free for Life," we mean the life of the service. We intend to keep is-my.space running indefinitely, but if the apocalypse happens or we decide to shut down operations, we reserve the right to do so. We'll give you plenty of notice if that ever happens.

5. Termination & Bans

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subdomain and account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these terms. If you're doing something sketchy, we will shut it down. No questions asked.

6. Liability & Disclaimer

The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties. We aren't liable for any damages that arise from your use of the service. You are responsible for the content you host on your subdomain.

7. Changes to Terms

We can update these terms whenever we want. If we make big changes, we'll try to let you know, but you should check back here occasionally to stay in the loop.
